- Vin-Q digital wine construction and producer routing
DeepSea Numerical S.L. operates the Vin-Q digital service and is the controller of account and commission-request data. The winery or distributor acting as seller of record is identified in each commercial offer before a paid wine commission is accepted.
Construction request
A generated dossier and account registration create a request for producer review. They do not reserve grapes, establish a final blend, certify a wine, conclude a sale or create a payment obligation. A producer confirms feasibility, volume, timing, price, certification route, seller identity and contractual terms in a separate offer.
Reference-wine bottling
The three 2025 reference wines displayed by Vin-Q carry the bottling identification “EMBOTELLAT PER RE. 5231 · B-08796 ES · L-XA2025”, corresponding to La Xarmada in Pacs del Penedès. La Xarmada is the recorded winery and bottling operator for those wines. Each future commission identifies its own winery, bottler, lot code and applicable certification evidence before production or sale.
Digital decision systems
The public wine constructor applies documented compatibility rules and weighted criteria to the selected style, available grape lots, production route and certification requirements. Its dossier identifies the decision method and the measurements still required from the actual vintage.
Vineyard boards may additionally use adaptive disease-risk models trained from weather, field observations and recorded outcomes. Model alerts support inspection and treatment planning. The responsible farmer or agronomist authorizes vineyard operations; the responsible winemaker authorizes lot acceptance, cellar interventions, bottling and release.
A Vin-Q-hosted conversational agent that communicates directly with a person identifies the use of AI at the beginning of the interaction. The structured Agentic Wine API is a machine-to-machine interface and returns a rule-generated construction dossier for producer review.
Personal data
DeepSea Numerical S.L. is the data controller. Before registration, a dossier is stored in the user’s browser. After authentication and explicit authorization, Vin-Q stores the dossier, account identity and contact email to take steps requested before a possible commission contract and to route feasibility review to the registered producer network. Co-creators can read their own dossiers; registered producers can read submitted dossiers for that review purpose. Uncontracted dossiers are scheduled for deletion 24 months after the last review activity; contractual and accounting records may be retained for the statutory period. Do not include guest lists, payment credentials, special-category personal data or confidential brand assets unless requested through an approved channel. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection may be sent to info@vin-q.com or by post to the registered address above; complaints may be addressed to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Alcohol and adult users
Wine commissions and wine sales are intended only for people aged 18 or over. Registration is not age verification for delivery. Any seller must verify legal age where required and the carrier must not deliver alcoholic beverages to a minor. Marketing must not target minors or associate alcohol with health benefits, professional or social success, sexual success, driving, sport or risk-taking. Enjoy wine responsibly.
If online sales are introduced
Before checkout is enabled, the identified seller must hold the food-business and other registrations applicable to its activity, provide complete food and wine information before purchase, state delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods, apply age controls, provide final pricing and distance-contract terms, manage withdrawal rights and exceptions for personalized products, maintain traceability, and satisfy wine-production and excise-accounting duties where it acts as producer or distance seller.
