{"id":100001588,"date":"2023-05-12T09:47:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T08:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vin-q.com\/?p=100001588"},"modified":"2023-05-16T06:29:09","modified_gmt":"2023-05-16T05:29:09","slug":"results-of-vin-q-soil-food-web-analysis-in-spanish-vineyards-by-terra-viva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vin-q.com\/ca\/results-of-vin-q-soil-food-web-analysis-in-spanish-vineyards-by-terra-viva\/","title":{"rendered":"Resultats de l&#039;an\u00e0lisi de la xarxa aliment\u00e0ria del s\u00f2l VIN-Q a les vinyes espanyoles per Terra Viva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l&#039;abril, el <a href=\"https:\/\/vin-q.com\/ca\/vin-q-primer-experiment-col\u00b7laboratiu-dagricultura-regenerativa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">primer experiment VIN-Q<\/a> va tenir lloc a Catalunya, Espanya, amb la participaci\u00f3 <strong>11 vinyes<\/strong> que practiquen o tinguin inter\u00e8s a comen\u00e7ar <strong>gesti\u00f3 de l&#039;agricultura regenerativa<\/strong>. L&#039;experiment es va dur a terme els dies 12 i 17<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;i 19<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp; d&#039;abril, amb quatre investigadors visitant cada vinya en onze ubicacions diferents. Van representar un total de nou experiments dels quals cinc estaven relacionats amb la salut del s\u00f2l.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta entrada del blog, parlarem dels resultats de l&#039;experiment del s\u00f2l realitzat per Isadora Schmidt des de <a href=\"https:\/\/terra-viva.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Terra Viva<\/a>, que forma part de <a href=\"https:\/\/vin-q.com\/ca\/distributed-experiment-of-soil-mapping\/\" title=\"Cartografia del s\u00f2l: experiment distribu\u00eft seguint els principis Vin-Q\">un experiment distribu\u00eft<\/a> amb l&#039;objectiu de comparar les 11 vinyes en diferents zones clim\u00e0tiques i condicions del s\u00f2l. En l&#039;\u00e0mbit d&#039;aquest experiment distribu\u00eft, Terra Viva va oferir els seus serveis per recollir mostres per a tots els experts en salut del s\u00f2l implicats en aquesta iniciativa de recerca i compartir obertament informaci\u00f3 i mostres de s\u00f2ls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ens estem centrant en el resultat de l&#039;an\u00e0lisi de microbiologia realitzada per Terra Viva i les properes publicacions parlaran del resultat d&#039;altres experiments. Una breu descripci\u00f3 dels experiments inclou:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drones gestionats per Jonathan Minchin de <a href=\"https:\/\/icaerus.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Projecte ICAERUS<\/a> va proporcionar una imatge de les vinyes per identificar zones homog\u00e8nies per a l&#039;extracci\u00f3 del s\u00f2l. Les imatges d&#039;\u00e0rea van proporcionar una visi\u00f3 general del terreny i van identificar les deshomogene\u00eftats de la vegetaci\u00f3 i les condicions del s\u00f2l. Tamb\u00e9 van poder captar les difer\u00e8ncies d&#039;humitat del s\u00f2l. La c\u00e0mera NDVI proporciona l&#039;\u00edndex de vegetaci\u00f3 dels cultius de cobertura i les vinyes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Topografia del terreny en models 3D, que permet veure petites variacions de la composici\u00f3 del s\u00f2l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les c\u00e0meres multiespectrals d&#039;apropament van proporcionar una estructura 3D de cada planta en diversos espectres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fotos de cultius de coberta analitzades per AI per identificar esp\u00e8cies vegetals i biodiversitat de la zona de cultius de coberta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isadora va prendre mostres de tres localitzacions aleat\u00f2ries per a cada vinya amb un total de 33 mostres extretes. Les mostres es van extreure mitjan\u00e7ant sonda de s\u00f2l i es van emmagatzemar en bosses esterilitzades per garantir la integritat de la mostra. Al Pened\u00e8s, un dels grans reptes \u00e9s el clima mediterrani semi\u00e0rid, que pot provocar sequera i escassetat d&#039;aigua en determinades \u00e8poques de l&#039;any. A m\u00e9s, les vinyes del Pened\u00e8s solen estar situades en vessants, cosa que pot dificultar la gesti\u00f3 i la verema. Al Priorat, en canvi, el terreny accidentat i els forts pendents poden dificultar la plantaci\u00f3 i el manteniment de vinyes, i la comarca tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s propensa als incendis forestals. No obstant aix\u00f2, ambdues regions tenen un gran focus en la viticultura sostenible i estan treballant per abordar aquests reptes mitjan\u00e7ant t\u00e8cniques i tecnologia innovadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;experiment Vin-Q va aportar informaci\u00f3 valuosa sobre la salut del s\u00f2l de les vinyes. Els par\u00e0metres analitzats inclo\u00efen la biomassa bacteriana total, la biomassa f\u00fangica total, la proporci\u00f3 de fongs a bacteris, protozous (flagel\u00b7lats, amebes i ciliats) i nematodes. El domini dels fongs als s\u00f2ls de la vinya \u00e9s crucial per optimitzar la nutrici\u00f3 i millorar la disponibilitat d&#039;aigua. \u00c9s rellevant esmentar que aquestes s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s una an\u00e0lisi en una \u00e8poca concreta de l&#039;any, \u00e9s a dir, a principis de primavera <em>un sever trajecte d&#039;esborrany<\/em>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les variacions en la salut del s\u00f2l entre les vinyes es poden atribuir a diversos factors, incloses les pr\u00e0ctiques de gesti\u00f3 del s\u00f2l, el terreny i el tipus de ra\u00efm. \u00c9s habitual veure aquest tipus de resultats a causa de les pr\u00e0ctiques de gesti\u00f3 habituals com ara el conreu i l&#039;addici\u00f3 de fungicides.
