## Agent workflow

1. Define the organization, audience, occasion, bottle count and release date.
2. Develop immediate, signature and legacy wine concepts.
3. Translate the selected concept into wine style, sensory functions and admissible vineyard roles.
4. Construct the route through reception, microbial succession, fermentation, and bottling or release.
5. Record the measurement required at each gate, the chosen action, excluded branch, hold condition and recovery route.
6. Prepare the label, provenance evidence and service ritual.
